I'm looking to buy a tablet with windows 8 on it. But in Belgium, the country where I live it is still not available. We can only buy Windows 8 RT. The Windows 8 version will come out next year.
It is for me more interesting to buy it this year, but then I need to buy a RT version.
Is it possible to upgrade the RT tablet to a windows 8 tablet when it is out in Belgium?
