I'm having the same problem with my Acer w500 which uses mSATA SSD drives only. I have upgraded to a Mushkin Atlas 120GB V series SSD and obviously upgraded to win8 (professional) and every time it wakes from sleep it says there was a problem and needs to reboot. I'm going to put the stock 32GB Sandisk SSD back in later today and see if the problem is still present. I do have the latest BIOS on...
