Windows 8 won't restart

Hey guys, Dunno if this is the right place to post this, but basically my windows 8, I stupidly turned it off without normal shut down, now it won't start, keeps coming up the sad face blue screen after loading, then tries automatic repair and then the blue screen and restarts again. I have even tried the whole shift f8 advanced settings, but i get the blue screen...any suggestions? Scottie
