What I am trying to do is sort my favorites for the IE10 app. So far there seems to be no way to manually arrange the favorites so what I tried to do was change the sort in the favorites folder under C/USERS/myname etc. I was going to add a 1 to the detail tab in the file properties but I get an error message reading "You need to provide administrator permission to apply properties to this...
