problem with startup programs running (some as admin)

I seem to have a problem with some programs not running at startup. Found out some of them need to be run as admin to even work. So changed the exe to run in admin mode and that worked, but not for startup. Then with a shortcut tried properties-advanced- run as administrator and placed it in C:\Users\(User-Name)\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup That did not...
