I had a virus and needed to contact HP helpdesk but on start-up all my files now look like this "filename (2013_07_30 16_31_09 UTC)" HP said do this manually but not an option. MS help desk advised me to reload windows 8 as I had a corrupted file but it did not help.
Can anyone advise how to remove the bracketed information?
