Would like some info about using a, “stylus”

Hi, I’m physically disabled & I *CANNOT* use my hands nor a mouse. I wear a head stick/pointer with an *eraser* at the tip of the head stick/pointer. Currently, I have a 6-year old Dell laptop which as an Add-On Magic Touch Screen enabling me to touch anywhere on the screen vs. using a mouse. If I were to buy a 15.6” Touch Screen Laptop, an *eraser* would not work because the screen requires...
