It seems to have problems loading data from the N/A profile needed to print envelopes.
no real error msg. but it says it is trying to recover the data and then shuts word down.
I installed office 2010 and outlook 2010 on an old laptop with windows 7 home premium
and all works. trying to do Christmas cards and this happens.
I know I am perhaps in the wrong area but point me to a forum?
