Can't see all startup apps

hello, I am new new windows 8.1 I it is almost impossible to get used to. I lost 3 days just to customize it so I can use it. to make the story short. I can't disable startup applications because I can't find them in the startup list. Yes I know they are not anymore in msconfig.exe but instead in taskmanager-> startup. But they are not there. I tried with cccleaner but also I can't see...
