Window 8.1 folder and files view "sort by" problem

I am wondering if anyone has this issue too after updating to window 8.1. In the window explorer, I like to set my files sort by date modified, in every other window version even I browse to other folders or drives and return to the particular folder, it will be still sort by date modified.
