What do you want/expect from future versions of Windows?

I can't imagine going back to pre-Windows 7 without the 'winkey+right/left' snapping. It makes managing things so much easier for me. I can't imagine going back to pre Windows 8, with it's new move/copy dialouge box making it so individual files can be paused, and each job is placed neatly in the same window instead of loads of them either covering one another or being all over the screen. ...
