customizing appearance and size of window elements

Hi My DPI is currently on 250% and I like it this way. The problem is that the elements of my windows seem too big now and take up too much space. If you open "My PC", the bar with "Name", "Type", "Available Space", etc is too thick. Is there no way to decrease the size of this bar and perhaps strip the entire layout like in good old XP? I don't need Groups/Categories twirl down menu, my...
