I was writing an email and randomly my fairly new and perfectly working laptop kept freezing so I restarted. After that my laptop is stuck on "automatic repair mode" and none of the options work. I have the options to "Continue to win 8" "use a device" "troubleshoot" or "turn off my pc" NONE of these options are working! :( If I click anything it just freezes.
