hello, random stutters appears when playing video file and whenever i move the mouse it just fast forwards and will be sync to audio, and when i leave it again, after a few minutes it will be back..
CPU: i7 3770k
RAM: 16GB
GPU: Nvidia GTX 670
thanks in advance, been trying to find a way to fix this for like a day or two..
