Solved Open Charms / Start Screen from an Icon?

Hello, Is it possible to open the Start Screen (Metro) and / or the charms bar from Icons? We have lots of servers running Server 2012 and when in a Remote Desktop Window its a real pain to try and move the cursor in the 1 pixel corner that brings up the Start Charm... And Pressing the "Windows" key doesn't get translated so no Win+C ... So I we could create an icon on the desktop to...
