I've had this problem for some time now, where my keyboard driver would install/load before the OS would boot up and my keyboard would be lit up with the blue led and pushing the delete key while lit up blue would not let me into the BIOS. So I had to move the keyboard usb cable to a different usb port and in doing so this would allow me to access my BIOS because the keyboard would be lit up with...
