My screen frequently flickers regardless if using laptop monitor or external monitor. This occurs regardless of which window I have open or which program I am using. When it flickers I am unable to input from my keyboard and must use my mouse to reset the point where my typing input has stopped. When this happens it appears that a white screen opens in the background. Any help or suggestions...
