caps lock notification

I have a wireless keyboard with no light that tells you when caps lock is on. I have found where I can customize my task bar to show the "HP LED Indicator" on the task bar. When you click on that, it shows you whether caps lock, num lock and scroll lock are turned on. But it disappears after about 5 seconds.
