Can't get reset to work. Says I am missing a partition.

I am trying to run a reset in Windows 8. However, after rebooting into WinRE, it says that it can't reset because I am missing a required partition. I searched for a solution to this problem. But, it looks like most people who see this error have accidentally deleted some Windows partitions. In my case, I have not altered the Windows partitions since original install.
