Downloading System Recovery Discs problems

I received my Inspiron 17R 5720 on 15th and set about downloading and burning the System Recovery Discs follow some help from the forum. The first disc took some 45 mins (including ejecting the disc and asking for it to be re-loaded for verification?) and then finally said there was an error and kept the disc in the tray. Had to initiate another download cycle to get the disc out. Closed...
