Running Windows 8 to go

I had my windows 8 Enterprise open. I made my 2TB Hard drive Windows to go. Then, still running enterprise, split the 2TB HDD into 2 partitions, the main "C" Partition with Windows to go on And a "W" Partition with space to use as a normal external harddrive. When i plug my 2tb hdd into any computer running original OS on i can see the 'W' Partition But when i run Windows to go i cannot...
