Synchronize windows time with internet time server.

Problem with File explorer
I'm having this problem where I can't access file explorer. When I click it it seems to reset itself and nothing else happens. The only way I can access my files is by finding them through the "search" option, they all seem to be fine. Very specific combining behaviour 'problem' with taskbar.
Hi,
Here is a small introduction so you can understand what I am talking about.
I have a fresh new windows 8.1 laptop (I updated to the last version 3 days ago).
Also my desktop computer runs Win7.
I use the taskbar as a launcher for the apps I use frequently.
I want my taskbar to always stay the same (that excludes notifications icons that are located on the bottom right corner).

Moving Files In The SkyDrive OneDrive Metro App
I haven't used the OneDrive metro app much since windows 8 came out but I'm sure in the early days you could move files within the metro app :think: by right clicking on a file (or swiping down) and you would get a 'move' button along the bottom menu. When did this option get removed? and why? when it's useful especially on a surface rt tablet.

Two HDD's, Two Different OS's
Not sure if this is the right forum or thread but here it goes. I have recently installed a second HDD into my PC and I am wondering if I can install an OS on the second HDD and be able to choose between the two like I would if I was dual booting on the Same HDD.

Computer takes 20 mins to start-up
After a windows update crashed during startup, my laptop is taking 20+ minutes on the "welcome" loading bar after you login. The login screen itself it very laggy and takes 5 minutes to navigate. The "Lenovo" loading screens upon startup takes 3 or 4 minutes.
Occasionally a black screen will appear and I cant get past it in the loading process.

I HATE Store app- Unity mode always starts in FULL SCREEN

Anybody running W8.1 in UNITY mode -- that WRETCHED Store app always starts in FULL SCREEN - so I can't get to desktop.
I never did like these Stinking "Store" things -- and why it even STARTS when I don't want the app at all is beyond me -- also you can't seem to un-install it -- I've removed from Taskbar and Start menu - no avail.

OFFICE 2013 mouse cursor blinks spinning blue ring evrysec
i am using MS Office 2013 .. for about 3 months when I opened any program of this package , mouse cursor blinks from arrow to* spinning blue ring* in every 1 seconds ... ITs annoying and distracting ...

Temporarily abandoned W8.1 update 1 (unfortunately)

I've had to temporarily Roll back to the W8.1 BEFORE the update -- one thing which was a total show stopper -- W8.1 update 1 MUST RUN IN UNITY MODE -- the Store app in particular but odd Metro apps such as the computer personalisation settings start up in Full screen and CANNOT be closed -- if you try and close them they just start again making it totally impossible to run anything....

2. Use a device
3. Turn off your PC
It does not show Troubleshoot options. I have been searching frantically on the net with no luck.
